☞ These terms apply to private commissions only. They are not applicable for commercial work.☞ If you have an issue with any of the terms presented here, please contact me in order to discuss possible change.☞ You may omit reading the TOS at your own risk, but doing so does not exclude you from it.

GENERAL TERMS☞ All work may include a signature that you are not authorized to remove.
☞ All prices are subject to complexity fees, market demand adjustment, and country of origin adjustment (Primarily in the cases of the buyer being from Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, etc.).
☞ I retain the right to reject any commission that I do not feel comfortable completing for any reason, and am not obligated to disclose it.PAYMENT☞ Currency accepted is USD, RUB, and KZT.
☞ Complexity fees apply based on various factors such as: posing, character design, backgrounds, etc.
☞ The prices listed are for digital work, work that is done in traditional medium will be subject to material fees.
☞ Payment is due after the first draft, 50%, with the other 50% paid at the completion of the work.
☞ I am not obligated to show the completed version until I receive the rest of the payment, with the exception of a blurry 'preview.'
☞ All payments are final. NO refunds under ANY circumstances.
☞ I will not accept payment before agreeing to the commission, and I am not obligated to return any money that I might have received without my acknowledgement.PROCESS AND DELIVERY☞ As soon as the draft is approved, any right to refund is void.
☞ Each client is eligible to 2 major revisions during the drafting phase, and 4 minor revisions during the following phases. Additional revisions are subject to fees.
☞ Deadlines range from 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on factors such as health, complexity of the commissioned piece, and unforeseen personal events. In the case where I am not confident in my ability to finish the commission, I may offer a substitute commission/merch item.
☞ A commission is void In the cases of death, natural disaster, or major geo-political instability in which either I, or the client, is unable to effectively communicate or exchange currency.
☞ At the completion of the commission you will receive the full resolution image.
☞ At request, I may livestream a fraction of my process as proof of authenticity of my skill. I will not record or distribute timelapses of my artworks.LEGAL RIGHTSI, qzyff, the artist, claim the rights to the produced artwork, and am allowed, but not limited to use any produced artwork for:
☞ Personal and/or commercial portfolio purposes
☞ Promotion of my art and services
☞ Postage of it on the web and social media
☞ I do NOT claim the right to use any produced artwork for commercial use, such as merchandise.You, the client, is allowed to use the commissioned artwork for any personal usage such as, but not limited to:
☞ Postage of it on social media with credit wherever reasonable.
☞ Print the artwork, except for the express intent of sale.
☞ Claim the character(s) as your own (except in the cases of Fandom), but not the artwork itself.
☞ Use the artwork to promote yourself, except in the cases when promoting any services related to providing 2D artwork (such as promotion of one's own art commissions).The following is considered copyright infringement:
☞ Reproducing the copyrighted artwork commercially
☞ Claiming the artwork as your own
☞ Removing the signature from the artwork
☞ Altering the finished artwork without my explicit consent
☞ Using my work in any AI training, generation, 'sketch-completion,' etc.
☞ Using my artwork for NFT purposes.
☞ The rights to use any artwork commissioned for commercial purposes are not currently up for sale, but may be available in the future.
